V-PROOF Strategic Assessment

Strategic Assessment is a formal technical and regulatory evaluation process led by the Executive Directorate of V-PROOF.

It is designed for organizations that need to determine how applicable regulatory and management frameworks affect them, assess their evidentiary exposure, and define a verifiable evidence architecture that ensures data sovereignty.

The analysis may take into account frameworks such as eIDAS, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act, depending on each organization’s systems, activities, risks, and regulatory role.

This is not a sales presentation.

This is an executive session aimed at:

- Identify critical processes and events with evidentiary significance.

- Assess regulatory risks, gaps in evidence, and operational vulnerabilities.

- Analyze the existing technology architecture: ERP, DAM, CMS, PLM, AI systems, and other enterprise platforms.

- Determine which controls, decisions, or interventions should generate verifiable evidence.

- Define integration scenarios without unnecessarily disrupting current operations.

The diagnosis includes

- A 90-minute private strategy session.

- Preliminary assessment of the architecture and critical workflows.

- Identification of events that can be recorded and verified.

- Initial analysis of potentially applicable frameworks.

- Executive summary outlining risks, priorities, and a recommended roadmap.

Pre-deployment Phase for Enterprise

The Strategic Assessment is the formal evaluation phase that precedes any proposal for an enterprise-wide deployment of V-PROOF.

If the implementation is subsequently contracted, the cost of the assessment may be allocated in whole or in part to the overall project when this is expressly stated in the corresponding commercial proposal.

Enterprise Model

V-PROOF's technology solution operates under an annual corporate licensing model, designed to integrate with the organization's technology infrastructure and electronic signature ecosystem.

Transaction costs associated with the volume of transactions, documents, or signatures processed are structured using a scalable pay-per-use model, in accordance with the terms of the contracted service.

The organization may have a financial control system in place to monitor, forecast, and audit consumption related to the service.

Scope

This assessment is of a technical and strategic nature. It does not constitute legal advice, a certification of compliance, a conformity assessment, or a guarantee of validity, admissibility as evidence, or any specific outcome before authorities, auditors, or courts.

The applicability of each framework and the evidentiary value of the records depend, among other factors, on the technical configuration, the quality of the sources, the identity and authority of the parties involved, and the context
